"Million Miles" is a song written by Angelina along with Tor Erik Hermansen, Mikkel Storleer Eriksen, and Sophie Ann Elton (or Sophia Ann Elton).[1][2] It was recorded in 2020, and released by Republic Records on 2020-11-06.

Original recording

The original studio recording was mixed by Kevin Davis and mastered by Gene Grimaldi.[1] Wendy Goldstein and Kenneth Jarvis III received "A&R"↗ credits.

Blocks and copyright issues

When it was announced that Angelina had signed with Republic Records, multiple YouTube reacters expressed concern that reacting to her music would become more difficult — i.e., that reactions to songs released under that label would attract enhanced scrutiny (whether automated or not) and would be blocked and taken down more frequently than reactions to her other, older stuff. For the record, of the 170+ reactions to "Million Miles" (either the audio provided by UMG or, more commonly, Angelina's lyric video) posted to YouTube in the first month after the song's release (2020-11-06 to 2020-12-05), only 2 became inaccessible in that time: the reaction of Yomi Reactions and Trends↗ was made private and the reaction of Dorcas Lifestyle↗ was removed by the uploader; both were reactions to the lyric video and were uploaded on either 2020-11-08 or 2020-11-09. It is not known how many reaction videos never became publicly available in the first place, but the fact that so few videos became inaccessible after becoming publicly available is encouraging.
