Template:Month-by-num

This template simply translates month numbers to month names (where 1 is January, 2 is February, and so on). It is used by other templates and shouldn't need to be called directly in articles.
Usage
{{month-by-num|number}}
For January through September, number can be either a 1-digit or 2-digit number (i.e., 1–9 or 01–09). For October through December, ony 2-digit numbers can be used (10–12).
Interestingly, longer zero-padded numbers, like 007, can be used (as seen below), but this behavior probably should not be relied upon.
