Queries the YtvRows Cargo table, supporting arbitary WHERE clause arguments, and shortcuts for video_id, event, location, and venue filters, and returning the results as a ytv-table.
Usage

Only one of the various parameters must be provided per use.
Note that even though event, location, and venue get displayed in the same way, they are stored and filtered for individually.
