Template:About
Documentation
This template is to be used at the top of articles about topics that may be easily confused with other topics. It requires at least three pieces of information: the topic of the article containing the template call, a related topic that people might have been looking for, and the title of the article about that related topic. A second article or topic–article pair can be specified, if necessary (see examples below). The template complains (as seen above) if fewer than three unnamed parameters have been specified in the template call.
Usage

The or parameter in the third form can be used to override the use of the word "or" between the two articles (it can be changed, for example, to "and").
Notice how template calls with 3, 4, and 5 unnamed parameters are treated very differently. In particular, calls with 4 unnamed parameters will assume that the final two of them both specify target articles, since it would not make sense to interpret them as a topic–article pair (as they are in the 3- and 5- parameter forms). A call with 6 or more unnamed parameters will be treated as if there are only 5; the subsequent parameters will be ignored.

Notice how the word "please" is only used when one target article is specified. This is Just Because.
