Documentation
This template outputs two left-square-bracket characters, [[, for use in contexts where that would otherwise be interpreted as wiki markup for forming a link. The same thing can be accomplished using HTML character entities: [[. (For just one such character, [, use {{(}} or [.)
Note that this template is not equivalent to the one at Wikipedia with the same name↗, which outputs two left-curly-brace characters (for which see {{lbb}}).

Any input to the template is ignored, as seen in the examples below.
