Jordan

Jordan is Angelina's middle name, not her last name (or family name). (Her full name is Angelina Jordan Astar.) Apparently we do not know why she was given this name.

She seems to have been called "Jordan" a lot when she was younger. After her "Gloomy Sunday" audition for Norske Talenter, in the celebrations backstage, a woman can be heard calling out, "Jordan!"^↗. Several YouTube videos posted in mid-2013, before her audition, use variations on the title "Jordan superstar", including Jordan superstar^↗ and Jordan superstar!^↗, posted by Sara Slatmann, and jordan superstar^↗, jordan superstar^↗, and jordan essuperstar^↗, posted by Hanne Tinderholt. Sara Slatmann also posted a video in February 2014 called Jordan astar^↗. One video posted by Martin Toft in December 2013 is titled simply Jordan^↗.

In a 2013-12-13 Facebook post by Mery Zamani^↗, Angelina is referred to as "the singer Jordan Astar".

Angelina also had a pet bird that was named Jordan.
