Purpose

This template conditionally creates a wikilink only when both a target page and display text are provided. If either parameter is missing or empty, it outputs nothing.

The short name is {{cl}}, but it is sometimes referred to in documentation as ConditionalLink.

Creates a wikilink when both a target page and display text are provided. If the display text contains the invisible sentinel (U+2063), it outputs nothing.
