Documentation

This template produces a thin space^↗ (optionally between two specified inputs — see the examples below). It is basically the allow-breaking equivalent of {{nnbsp}} (narrow non-breaking space).

The name of this template is based on the phrase "thin space".

Usage

• {{thsp}}
• {{thsp|text to be ignored}}
• {{thsp|text before space|text after space}}

Note that if only one input is given, that input is ignored (not output). This feature can be used to provide comments to future editors, but that might be a little confusing.

Examples

• 1{{thsp}}000{{thsp}}000{{thsp}}000 ⇒ 1 000 000 000

Admittedly, it is hard to come up with applications for this that wouldn't be better done with {{nnbsp}}.
