"If I Were a Boy" is a song written by BC Jean and Toby Gad, and first performed by Jean in 2008. It was popularized later in the same year by Beyoncé as a single and a track on her third studio album, I Am… Sasha Fierce^↗.

Angelina covered the song in 2024, in a live version performed in London and two different studio versions released on 2024-05-31.

Two studio versions were released on 2024-05-31, both sporting a Kite Records, Inc. copyright. The audio that was later used for the official music video is a more "produced" version with lots of instrumentation; in the Piano Diaries version, Angelina is accompanied only by a piano and cello.
