Documentation
This is a special template used by the CargoHelper gadget to provide preloaded content to an add-section edit form.
It is not intended to be transcluded (or substituted) directly into a page via a normal {{template call}}. It could be used for other gadgets to provide preloaded content to the editor of a page via special formed links, though.
