"Lonely" is a song written by Justin Bieber, Benny Blanco (under his real name, Benjamin Levin), and Finneas O'Connell (the brother of Billie Eilish↗). The song was first released on 2020-10-16 as a single by Bieber and Blanco, then on 2021-03-19 as a track on Bieber's 6th studio album, Justice↗. Shortly afterwards, it appeared on the 2021-03-26 reissue of Blanco's debut 2018 album, Friends Keep Secrets↗.
In 2024, Angelina posted a TikTok of herself singing along with the song in a car. In 2025, Mery posted a clip where Angelina was practicing the song with Anthony Harvey on the piano.
