This template forms external links to YouTube videos, and at the same time calls a Cargo template to store the video in the performance database.
The name of the template is based on the phrase "cargo youtube video".
This template is used on a great many pages. Making any changes to it will cause lots of jobs to be added to the processing queue.
Usage
The most common form of use is
{{cytv|pid=performance id|video id|video title}}
