Creates a wikilink when both a target page and display text are provided. If the display text contains only whitespace (including characters like U+2063, the invisible separator) it outputs nothing.

The name of this template is based on the phrase "conditional link".

Usage

Examples

• {{cl|Page title|Text}} → Text
• {{cl|Page title|⁣}} → ⁣
• {{cl|Page title| }} → Page title

The second and third examples are displaying nothing.
